From equity reconciliations to policy design, she brings a sharp eye for detail and a systems mindset to every challenge.
Having led financial operations through periods of rapid growth and transformation, Brittany specializes in turning complexity into clarity—whether she's scouting out the best software for a client's specific situation or crafting client communications that actually make sense. She's driven by integrity, adaptability, and the belief that great operations are built to scale.

We'll be honest: We never planned to start a bookkeeping company. (Great way to start a sales pitch, right?)
We're investors and entrepreneurs, not accountants. Bookkeeping—which usually isn't a high-margin industry—was low on our list of businesses to create.
So why did we build a bookkeeping company? It's simple: We needed one.
Our companies weren't getting the accounting support we needed, it was making it harder to grow, and it was leading to some challenging questions:
Why can't I get my books closed before the 15th of the month?
Why does it take my accountant three days to (maybe) respond to my email?
Why is my accounting firm always trying to upsell me services I don't need?
Why can't my bookkeeper support Xero, NetSuite, or anything but Quickbooks?
We started Friendly Bookkeeping primarily to be its clients, not its owners. We needed an accounting firm that:

We needed something, well, friendly. We couldn't find it, so we decided to build it ourselves.
